We have learned many things about space in textbooks of primary and secondary school and some people read it other space books but today we will discuss those 11 Incredible facts of Space which are not available in textbooks.

How old is the Solar System?

Our good old Solar System is actually a pretty bizarre place, what with all its out-of-this-world phenomena that we humans haven't managed to explain yet! There are rumours that a gigantic, undiscovered planet is hiding behind Neptune, volcanoes on Pluto spew ice, and a colossal canyon on Mars can accommodate the whole US territory, and most of Cleveland! Well, let's figure out if it's true by talking about the most mystifying Solar System facts. - The Solar System is 4.6 billion years old! So old, it’s a Senior Solar System.

You can’t wear Hat on Venus, Why?

Scientists came to this conclusion after they studied the oldest material they managed to get a hold of - and by that, I mean meteorites, of course. - You won't be able to wear a hat on Venus ever and try just to stand on your feet! The planet is insanely windy - its upper winds blow 50 times faster than the planet rotates. What's more, these fierce winds never stop and can even get stronger with time! - Want to get away? You'll have to travel 11 billion miles away from Earth before even leaving the Solar System. Take your Google maps with you.

You've probably heard of methane gas, a by-product of natural processes, such as volcanic activity – and cows? Anyway, this gas is not only a part of the Martian atmosphere, but also the thing that confuses astronomers to no end! The thing is that the volume of methane on Mars keeps wavering, and scientists just can't figure out where it might be coming from! Can there be cows on Mars?

The most unexpected fact about Pluto

As you may remember, Pluto used to be a planet but was stripped of this title in 2006. Later, it was reclassified as a dwarf planet. It makes up your mind! But the most unexpected fact about this celestial body is that its diameter is smaller than that of the US! See for yourself: the greatest distance across the country (from Maine to Northern California) is about 2,800 miles. As for Pluto, it's only 1,473 miles across. In fact, if you laid Pluto right down in the middle of the United States, you’d crush the heck out of Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. Bad idea. - the Planet Uranus or Uranus – you can’t win either way -- rotates on its side, and astronomers have no idea why the planet has chosen such an unusual position.

The culprits could be ancient mega-powerful collisions; but so far, it's just a theory. By the way, this is the only planet laying on its side. - Our Sun is insanely massive! Want some proof? Well, 99.86% of all the mass in the Solar System is the mass of the Sun - in particular, the hydrogen and helium it's made of. The remaining 0.14% is mostly the mass of the Solar System's eight planets. - Earth might not be the only tectonically active planet in the Solar System. Astronomers have spotted some landforms looking like cliffs on Mercury! If it's so, the tectonic activity could explain the rapid shrinking of the planet.

What is the Mysterious Kuiper Belt?

In most sci-fi movies about space, the main character gets into an asteroid belt and must dodge countless rocks that threaten to damage their spacecraft. Sorry to disappoint, but that’s nothing like the real thing. The only asteroid belt astronomers know about is located between Mars and Jupiter. There are thousands of asteroids in this region, but they're so widely spaced that the chance of collision is next to nothing. Ah, you just ruined it! Sorry. - Behind the orbit of Neptune, lies the mysterious Kuiper Belt, filled with massive icy objects. The most curious thing about this space formation, though, is that scientists can’t explain the pattern of its movement.

The only explanation they have is that Neptune might be hiding a ginormous planet from our sight. This hypothetical planet has already got the name Planet Nine, and all we have to do is waiting until its existence is confirmed. Or not.

Volcanoes spit Ice?

Volcanoes on Earth are as different from those on Pluto as fire and ice. And I mean it! While we have volcanoes spilling lava on our planet, the volcanoes on Pluto spit... ice! When frozen, water expands, and this enormous pressure builds up until one day - bang! - the ice erupts. In the process, a new cryo volcano gets formed.

Two toned Moon Theory

One of Saturn's moons, Lapetus, has a unique color - it's two-toned. One of its hemispheres is light, and the other is eerily dark. Scientists haven't figured out this mystery yet. - There’s another weird thing about Pluto, or rather, about its atmosphere. First, it rises way higher above the surface of the dwarf planet than, for example, the Earth's atmosphere. What's more, the atmosphere on Pluto has more than 20 layers, and all of them are super cold and very condensed.

Are we living inside the Sun?

We live inside the Sun. No, I don't mean that we're the inhabitants of the red-hot ball of light approximately 93 million miles away! The thing is that the Sun's atmosphere stretches far beyond its visible surface. And our planet is right within its reach. In fact, it’s the gusts of solar wind that create the breath taking phenomenon known as the Northern and Southern lights. - The ocean on Jupiter is larger than any other on the rest of the Solar System's planets. But wait! It's not the type of ocean you’re thinking about. The one on Jupiter isn't made of water. This mesmerizing thing consists of metallic hydrogen, and its depth is a staggering 25,000 miles, which is almost the same as the circumference of the Earth!

The Sun’s Atmosphere

The Sun's atmosphere is hotter than the surface of the star. While on the surface, the temperatures reach10, 000 degrees F, and the upper atmosphere heats up to millions of degrees! Scientists suspect that explosive bursts of heat from the sun might have something to do with this unique phenomenon. - People came to know about Saturn's beautiful rings in the 1600s. But only recently, it became apparent that Saturn isn't the only ringed planet. All the giant gas planets: Uranus, Neptune and Jupiter, have rings of their own, but they’re thin and almost impossible to see. As for Mars, Venus, and Earth: they’re made of rocky materials and have no rings whatsoever. - Our Solar System isn't the only one in the Milky Way Galaxy.

What is 100 Billion Solar System?

The galaxy we live in houses about 100 billion solar systems! And if that’s just our galaxy alone, can you imagine how many are in the whole Universe? - At any given moment, here on Earth, you can stumble across a rock that's arrived from Mars. After scientists analysed the chemical content of some meteorites found in the Sahara Desert, Antarctica, and other places on our planet, they came to the shocking conclusion that they have a Martian origin. - Since Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun, many people simply assume that it's also the hottest.

And that's where they get it wrong because, in fact, Venus (which is about 30 million miles further from the Sun than Mercury) is way hotter! The thing is that Venus has an incredible thick atmosphere, which is 100 times denser than the one we have on Earth! On top of that, this atmosphere consists almost entirely of carbon dioxide, also known as a greenhouse gas. These factors make the temperatures on the planet rise to a staggering 875 degrees F, which is hot enough to melt lead. As for Mercury, their maximum temperatures reach only 800 degree F. - Jupiter’s moon, Lo, exists in never-ending chaos due to hundreds of smoking volcanoes on its surface. If you ever visit this place, send me a postcard– no -- you'll see the smoke from these volcanoes billowing up high into Lo's atmosphere.

Rocks arriving from MARS

The most enormous volcano in the whole Solar System (at least, that we know of) is on Mars! The size of this monster is almost as great as the state of Arizona, and its height is as big as that of Mount Everest! How did it grow this huge? The answer is simple – there’s much less gravity on Mars in comparison with our planet! - Even if you're a tiny celestial body, you can still have a moon of your own. (Hey, it’s not that hard…) In 1993, the Galileo probe was traveling pasta miniature asteroid that was no more than 20 miles across, and discovered that the little thing had a 1-mile-wide moon. Since then, astronomers have found tons of moons orbiting minor planets in our Solar System. - The valley called Valles Marineris, on Mars, is more than 10 times larger than Earth's Grand Canyon. And it's another thing that puzzles astronomers- after all, Mars isn't a planet with active plate tectonics!

What is Red Spot on Jupiter?

On the surface of Jupiter, there’s a weird region that's called the Great Red Spot. Recently, astronomers have concluded that this spot is actually a storm that’s been raging on the planet for centuries. But some 20 years ago, scientists noticed that the red region started to shrink. Nowadays, it's just half the size it used to be. And still, the spot is one and a half times bigger than Earth.

8 Secret Mobile Phone Settings You Must Try in your phone.

There probably isn't a person now who hasn't gotten an absolutely indispensable smartphone in their pocket. However, there aren't many people out there who know about all the amazing things these devices are capable of. We are getting updated by friends and relatives when we connected through any events and functions. But still we missed some important features which we do not know.

So today, we would like to end this vicious circle and tell you about eight fascinating features of Android.

1. Control your smartphone with head movements

There are situations where you just have to use your gadget, but your hands are otherwise occupied, or it's just too cold outside to take your warm gloves off. However, there is a solution for this. After installing a free app called EVA facial mouse, you’ll be able to control your Android device with movements of your head. Sound impossible? Well, give it a try and see the result for yourself!

2. Text-to-Speech

Not only can you read this article, but you can also listen to it, if you have an Android device. So, if you prefer to hear incoming information, rather than see it, go to Settings, then Accessibility, and turn on the Text-to-speech output option.

3. Smartphone remote control

Just go to Settings, then Security, then Device administrators, and check the boxes next to Android Device manager. Remotely locate this device and allow remote lock and erase. Now if you'll lose your smartphone, you can locate it and block it without losing your data via a special website. Well, that's pretty cool.

4. Turning on guest mode

If you'd like to give your phone to another person, yet keep your personal data confidential, use Guest mode. Swipe down from the top with two fingers and touch the user icon on the upper right. The "Add guest" icon will appear, and you'll be able to choose which actions the person handling your smartphone will be allowed to take.

5. Screen Magnifier

People with poor eyesight often have no idea how much this feature can help them! Just go to Settings, Accessibility, Magnification gestures, then you'll be able to zoom in on any part of the display just by tapping it.

6. Hotspot mode

No, this is not going to show you where the best dance club is. It's about internet access! You needn't buy a separate 3G modem or a router to use the internet on different devices, because your smartphone can do this easily! Go to Settings, Tethering and portable hotspot, and turn on portable WLAN hotspot. That's it!

7. Battery Power

The easiest way to save your battery power. If you choose a black or simple dark background for your screen, the automatic pixel highlighting will turn off, and you'll notice that your device keeps its charge for much longer. This feature isn't available for all Android devices yet, but it's already implemented on most Samsung smartphones and tablets. Give it a try!

8. A Secret game

Starting with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Google puts a small secret present for users into all their devices. However, finding it may prove to be quite difficult. Here are instructions on how to do it, despite the odds. First, go to Settings, and choose about phone or About tablet. Quickly tap "Android version" several times, and when a small marshmallow shows up on the screen, quickly tap it again, and a special mini game will open! Haven't you found it yet?

Well, what are you waiting for? Do these phone setting and increase your eagerness to know something new about phone.

I've got 13 cool hidden features and settings for iPhone and iOS in general that hopefully you never heard of before they're pretty hidden not always well-documented But you should still find them interesting and hopefully you'll learn something new that will be helpful so without further delay Let's just get started now.

1. Rest finger to open

This will allow you to simply rest your finger on the home button or those touch sensor to unlock the phone instead of having To press the home button a second time To unlock it with the fingerprint sensor so to do this all you have to do is go to the settings then general Accessibility home button and then enable rest finger to open so now instead of having to press the home button or turn the power on To enable touch ID and then pressing it again to unlock now Once you press the home button you simply kind of hold your finger there And then it will unlock the phone completely.

2. Screen Record

This one is new in iOS 11 and it is the ability to screen record right from the phone natively? You don't have to use any third-party apps so to do this It's accessible through the control center once you enable it, so you go to the settings then control center Customize control and now you'll see the option to put the screen recording option in that control center And then all you do is bring up that control center tap the button It'll give you a little countdown and then that's how you do it, and then to stop it You simply swipe up again to bring up the control center and stop it like that next up.

3. Custom vibrations per contact

This one is really useful if you want to know immediately whose calling you just based on the vibration so to do this you go to the contacts list? And then you go to the person in question and then hit edit then go to ringtone vibration and then hit create new vibration And then you can actually literally hold down and make your own custom vibration based on how you're tapping And then it will do that whenever that person calls you and also here's another setting for contacts.

4. Contact effect

when you go to Contact then edit you'll see one called emergency bypass This will allow you to let that person get through even if you have do not disturb on Normally if you have do not disturb enabled that call will not go through but if you have this enabled Then it will so this obviously could be really useful if you're expecting a very important call Then you could set that number to come through even if it's in the middle of the night or something if you're on call That would be great all right.

5. Camera effect on text Document

This one I don't really think is documented anywhere, and what it is when you go into the camera app Normally say you wanted to take a picture of a document or something it might be hard to get it lined up perfectly straight down Well in the new iOS 11 when you're aiming the phone down it will actually show you a little crosshair indicator a white one and a yellow one and When you line those two up it means that your phone is completely flat So this is a great way if you're taking a picture of a text document And you don't want it to be distorted Then this will allow you to know that you're looking straight down and you can get it undistorted so really cool And you might not know about.

6. Duplicate Image

This one has to do with photos again And this one is good if you tend to edit photos a lot So this will actually allow you to duplicate photos if you didn't know how to do this before When you open up a photo in the app you click the box with the up arrow? Like the options button and then kind of scroll over and you'll see an option to duplicate image So a good reason for using this is normally when you edit a photo like you crop. It doesn't create a copy of the original it just changes that photo But maybe you want to create a cropped version and keep the original what you could do is create a duplicate and then Just edit the duplicate and then you have both.

7. 3rd Touch the Keyboard

This one is going to definitely come in handy If you didn't know about it already and that is when you're using the keyboard and you have a lot of Text and you want to put the crosshair somewhere specific You can actually 3d touch the keyboard and then move around your finger And it will allow you to move the crosshair in that area of text so sometimes You know it's really difficult to tap in a bunch of text and get it exactly where you want Then you have to hold it down and scroll around but this way if you simply 3d touch the keyboard on any care It's a lot easier to move that crosshair around release it And then you're exactly where you want to be speaking of keyboards this one Also is great for having to do with text and that is how you can create text replacement? Shortcuts so a lot of times you may want to.

I don't know type out a phrase that you use really often But it's kind of long well This way you can go into the dictionary and add your own shortcut so to do that you go to the settings then general Keyboards text replacement and here it will allow you to add the key word shortcut and then what it will replace that with or at least the option so for example if you want to do an emoji like a Funny face or maybe you want to do bullet points you could do that and then every time you type in that phrase It'll give you the option to select that in the text correction And then it'll replace it with that so you'll have to go and copy and paste it every time.

8. Calculator feature

This one You're definitely going to be happy to know about and it has to do with the calculator so say you're in the calculator and you type in a bunch of numbers, and you make a mistake in a calculation and Normally or think I'll have to clear it and restart the whole thing But no, you don't actually have to you can actually undo a digit by simply swiping left And it will delete the last thing you did so next time you're doing a calculation you screw it up You don't have to worry about doing it all over.

9. Timer

Here's a feature with the timer you might not have known about you can actually Set the alarm of the timer to not play something but stop playing Something so what you do is when you go into the timer you're setting an alarm It'll say when timer ends and you're the bottom you can actually set it to say stop playing so say it's at night or you're taking a nap and you're playing music when you're going to bed, but you don't want it playing all night You can simply set a timer for an hour or so and then set to stop playing at that time And then it will stop the music once that timer ends instead of actually playing music so that is a nice little feature.

10. Camera focus

Another good camera feature now normally when you use the camera You can kind of soar to select the exposure and the focus by tapping But after a little while you know it switches back to autofocus and sometimes you don't want that well here You can actually lock the autofocus and exposure by simply holding down your finger on the picture And then we'll show a ear lock which means Autofocus or an exposure lock so it will not change It so then you can just figure out what you want to do based on the composure of the image and not worry about it changing anything.

11. Switching App

This is one you might have just figured out by yourself But you might have noticed when using certain apps especially if you go from one app to another Via a link or something at the top left of the phone It'll show an Arrow with the name of the last app you used And this will actually allow you when you tap it to basically go back so if you Didn't mean to click a link or something that took you from rent it to Twitter Then you can tap that and it'll take you back Without having to double tap and go into the app switcher menu or anything like that This is also good for people who usually use Android and they're used to having that back button this basically does the same thing although it's not always available.

12. Home button

This is one I kept accidentally using without realizing it and it's called reach ability So if you have an iPhone 7 or later with the haptic home button then what you can do is actually double tap the home button just by tapping it not actually pressing in and It will then move the window or whatever you're looking at down Which makes it easier to reach if you're using one hand so if there's something you want to tap at the top of the screen You can't reach it without fumbling around you Simply double tap lightly on the home button and it'll bring it down and then you can Simply press the home button again to put it back up and then now it's a lot easier to reach for some of you this Is probably really obvious? but I'm sure there's at least some of you like me who are relatively newer to iPhone at least in a while and Didn't know why the heck it kept dropping down and now you can figure it out.

13. Triple Click Shortcuts

This is actually kind of like multiple features in one and it's the ability to set triple click shortcuts And they're from the accessibility menu so again to get to these you go to Settings General accessibility And then look for where it says accessibility shortcut near the bottom now There are a bunch of different options you can set and you can actually set multi Full of these and then when he triple click It will pop up a little thing to select which one you want to use But one especially that I like for example is color filters And when you enable this you can actually customize it back in the display accommodations menu in the accessibility menu and one example use of this is You may know the night shift feature which dims the screen it kind of shifts it more orange at night But maybe if you really don't like the blue light keeping you up at night you want it to be even stronger effect So you can use this color filters option to make it look even more red when you go into that setting for display? accommodations And then you can change the tint using a custom filter and make it more red and then increase the intensity.

So then every time you triple click it It'll make the screen look very orange or very red which will basically make a super strong Nighttime effect, which I personally like because I wish the night shift feature was even stronger But this is kind of like that second best bet and then also in that accessibility shortcut option You can do ones like white point shift which kind of dims the screen But it's a little bit more than that and you can also invert the colors. You can do all sorts of stuff again You'll have to look those up specifically you could probably do a whole video about those all right now finally This one is kind of a feature.

That was hidden in plain sight you may have never noticed it although I believe it was introduced in iOS 10 or so and it's called the Bedtime mode in the timer app so when you go to the timer app right smack in the middle it allows you to enable this mode called bedtime mode And then this will allow you to basically set a wake-up time and a sleep time And then it will help you keep track when you go to bed When you wake up and it will remind you a certain amount of time before you go to bed to go to sleep and it Will just help you keep on a better more consistent sleep schedule And then help you track when you're not doing so well and you could also select which days you want to do it like based on the weekend or during the week and of course if You want you can customize what ringtone you want it to wake up to and everything like that?

So I think that covers it 13 cool hidden features you might not have known about in your iPhone or other iOS device, and if I missed any completely that are really awesome Of course you can let us know down in the comments be sure to check down there Some other people might know some that I didn't even mention if you want to continue. You can just click on those, and if you want to know more I make new blog every Tuesday Thursday Saturday. I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys.
